A three-piece routine combining a foaming cleanser, ceramide serum and lightweight blemish gel moisturiser to cleanse excess oil and help keep skin hydrated.

• Face Facts Niacinamide Foaming Cleanser - 200ml
• Face Facts Nourish + Restore Ceramide Serum - 30ml
• Face Facts Ceramide Blemish Gel Moisturiser - 50ml

How to use

Massage a small amount of cleanser over damp face and neck, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. Shake the ceramide serum and massage a few drops into clean, dry skin. Finish with a small amount of gel moisturiser; do not rinse.

Morning: Follow with a separate broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher sunscreen (not included), applied as directed on its label.

Evening: Follow the same cleanser, serum and moisturiser order. Introduce the blemish moisturiser gradually and reduce use if skin feels dry or uncomfortable. Avoid adding other exfoliating products to the same routine while assessing tolerance.

Patch test and introduce one new product at a time. Avoid the eyes and broken or irritated skin. Stop use if irritation occurs.
